Philco contracts directly with property managers / building owners to carry out system servicing. Services can be provided either on a contract fee basis or on an hourly basis for services rendered. Philco is flexible and is able to accommodate requirements of most property managers / owners. Philco can provide weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual maintenance or services.
As equipment ages and eventually wears out, Philco can replace HVAC systems specific to each client’s unique requirements for both commercial and industrial applications.
FOLLOW UP REPORTS AND MANAGING EQUIPMENT SERVICE RECORDS
One unique service provided by Philco is a follow up report on each service which is also an ongoing record of all the work/repairs done on each piece of equipment on each site. This is also the record the service technician uses for documentation on each building and piece of equipment, be it a boiler, pump, rooftop unit, furnace or unit heater. These reports make information about buildings and sites quick and easy for owners or property managers to access and use.
Philco's staff are often requested to analyze existing building heating, cooling and ventilating systems for deficiencies. Philco takes a "hands on" approach to these projects and provides short, concise reports, analyzing the problems and providing recommendations.
Buildings that have been vacant for a period of time require special care to minimize the cost and ensure system functionality during recommissioning. Philco's expertise in the operation and maintenance of systems provides for a smooth startup.
Philco can provide an independent third party perspective when conducting warranty inspections on new systems, prior to the expiration of the warranty period.
