Commercial HVAC Service & Maintenance

Greg graduated from the A.C.E.T. Program at N.A.I.T. in 1996 and began working at Philco later that year, when the company consisted of just two employees. He completed his Refrigeration Apprenticeship under Journeyman Joe Marchesi, earning his Journeyman Refrigeration ticket in 2000. He later obtained his Gas Fitter B certification in 2007 and stepped into a Foreman role in 2010. Today, Greg serves as Service Manager and Co-Owner of Philco, while continuing to work as Lead Technician.

Ken earned his Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta in 2008 and later completed the HVAC Specialist Certificate at N.A.I.T. in 2014. He began his Refrigeration Apprenticeship while advancing through administrative and management roles at Philco, where he first started as a summer field student in 2003. After many years supporting both office and field operations, Ken became a Co‑Owner, now splitting his time between leadership duties and work as a Field Technician as he completes his apprenticeship.

Dan graduated from the A.C.E.T. program at N.A.I.T. in 1997 and began his Refrigeration Apprenticeship specializing in Commercial and Industrial HVAC. He joined Philco in 2001, completing his apprenticeship in 2002. After many years as a dedicated Technician, Dan became a Co‑Owner in 2020. He now works as a lead Technician while also serving as Philco’s lead estimator and large‑project coordinator.
